Tamás Dombos (project coordinator) Economist, sociologist, anthropologist. Between 2001 and 2011 researcher at the Center for Policy Studies at Central European University conducting research on equal opportunity policies. Between 2015 and 2017 he was lecturer and the Faculty of Social Sciences at Eötvös Lóránd University, since 2017 he has been a training expert at the Faculty of Law Enforcement at National University of Public Service, since 2018 he has been researcher at the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Lóránd University. He has been working for Háttér Society since 2007, first as a volunteer then as a paid staff member. He coordinates the advocacy and research activities of the organization, supports the work of the Legal Aid Service and is responsible for the international relations of the Society. Since 2012 he serves on the board of the Hungarian LGBT Alliance, and since 2018 he coordinates the project We Are Here 2018-2019 funded by the European Commission.
Tihanyi Katalin (project officer) She graduated at Eötvös Lóránd University with a major in Hungarian, philosophy and education. While pursuing her doctoral studies in analytic philosophy she volunteered at Amnesty International organizing human rights competitions for high school students, she worked in a research project on the development of educational tools, and worked at a foundation supporting youth in out-of-home care. She works at the Hungarian LGBT Alliance on a project focusing on diversity and anti-bullying education in schools and an awareness raising project tackling prejudices against LGBTQI people.
Tüdő Petra (financial officer) She graduated from Eötvös Loránd University majoring in Hungarian and Aesthetics, she is currently enrolled in an economics program at the Budapest Business School. In 2001 she joined an organization working on the rights of women and sexual minorities as a volunteer. Since 2003 she has worked at Habeas Corpus Working Group and at Patent Association as financial officer, campaign and project coordinator. She participated in research projects on the counselling work of family protection services, on women's reproductive rights, and monitoring the work of courts in domestic violence cases. She joined Háttér Society as a financial officer in 2016, and since 2018 she also participate in the financial management of the Hungarian LGBT Alliance.
